Pain point:

parking space are occupied by abandoned bikes.

Graduated students would abandon their bikes at parking lots. Every year, freshman will buy new bikes while old bikes still occupied parking lots. Therefore, the number of bikes increases every year.
Parking lots are not enough for bikes in use.
Students spend lots of time on finding the available parking space, then they will park randomly because of the lack of parking space, which makes the parking environment even worse.
